Art Fair Philippines 2024

8 months into doing ceramics, I have been invited by Prof. Rita Gudino, Tahanan Pottery Shop & Studio's Program Director, to be a part of Art Fair Philippines under Sining Tahanan 2024. Art Fair Philippines is considered to be the country's biggest art convention held every February. It's where big names in the industry and galleries across the country come together to exhibit their pieces. To be a part of this year's art fair was something I never really imagine to be in as I started out with pottery only thinking of it as a mental health break from med school. It has truly been a surreal moment meeting fellow artists who uses different mediums, art enthusiasts, and art collectors whom of which got a few of my pieces. I'm definitely looking forward to next year's art fair!
