At Hoben Sampang, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
